Deborah "Debbie" Gibson was actually a host on the Idol spin-off "American Juniors" (itself a rip-off of the successful UK "S Club Juniors").
She was honest but nice - hell, the contestants were like 9 year-olds.
And now that I've admitted to watching that show, I will crawl into a hole and never come out. I blame it on prolonged unemployment.
