Phil was in the business of schooling witnesses to look good in front of a jury. He did such a good job on Oprah that he wound up as the strangely balding sorcerer of her queendom. Don't you think that what we saw Wednesday night with Pat O'Brien and Phil was less psychological counseling than it was prime time witness tampering?
