I think you are foolish to think meters in Rochester wouldn't change anything.
They changed everything in Buffalo.
It will likely never happen here though because Nexstar won't pay and the other two like thins as-is! |

Meters in Buffalo and half a dozen other cities from Pittsburgh to San Antonio to Nashville among others, changed everything.
The long-time number one was knocked off its perch. The better stations figured out a way to get back into first place. The lesser stations never recovered. But meters DO make a difference, no mistake about it.
