You have a ER lead in and all you have is a fire in the brushland where a shed burns down. Lets see. How many dead in Iraq today? You guys are so into sensationism you have lost what news is all about. A shed burns down and you devote 12 minutes to a brush fire. All of you should be ashamed! |

Did you see 3,5, 10 or 15? We all had fire coverage. You see, it's very dry in the desert, and fire is a big issue. When people's lives and homes are in danger, it becomes news. Where did you hear about a shed? According to the Sherriff, they don't know what burned, so how would you know? Maybe you through your Lucky Strike filter out your Ford pickup window and started the fire!
Yet another feeble attempt to discredit 12. All the stations had this, and in fact channel 5 went on much longer with their excellent aerial coverage. Why not talk crap about them?
Do us all a favor, and turn the channel and you won't be subjected to the sensationalism. Better yet, why don't you send in your application to 12 news so you can show us how it is supposed to be done.
I think you should turn out the lights on your doublewide and get a good nights rest. There will be more fire coverage tomorrow, and you will have a lot of bitching to do! Get a life!
