however being a Floridian.. I gotta pull for the girl from southwest Florida.
I'm not watching it but if I'm a network exec.. I'm running American Idols every year until its absolutely run out of steam. Millions watch it every week and every local FOX affiliate is making unbelievable money on advertising rates for that show. Money talks.
And for the record.. up next I'm predicting some sort of sexual harrassment allegation against either Simon or the other guy. But this time.. FOX will eat its own lunch and run the documentary on its own network. |

Pure tv genius.
The Brits always come up with the best ideas we in American television have to steal.
If you watch, you can't help but become hooked. It's an almost perfect television show, guaranteed to build and keep an audience.
The fact that a possibly desperate former has-been named Paula Abdul may be granting favors to young, not very attractive or talented contestants...
well that just makes the show more watchable!
The numbers will be bigger than ever next week.
The other network execs pray for this kind of publicity.
And curse themselves for not having a great idea like American Idol.
I'm rooting for Bo Bice. No way would he sleep with Paula ...or would he??? Tune in Tuesday night at 8 to find out.
