It was something solid. Something predictable. Something you could count on over 13 years. You'd come in...read the overnights...and there it was...over and over...year after year. What a relief it would be to have that again. The six o'clock viewers marked their ballots. Why did management ignore the vote? Lesson learned: Don't dis viewers. They'll ditch you.
