YOU NEED to count your money and go away.
Saw Dr. Winfreygravytrain on Leno(flipping channels, Letterman in a break), solemnly explaining O'Brien's plight and attempted comeback. Like we're all consumed by O'Brien's future on The Affleck/Spears Report.
O'Brien was once a Jim Nantz-level guy on CBS, right? Didn't he host NBA Finals studio shows and the like??
Had this happened then, I would be surprised. But the guy deals with J-Lo on a shopping spree, Desperate Housewives, and Whitney/Bobby
on a daily basis. Any wonder?
Can Dr. Phil stop looking like a guy who should be popping up from the cornfield during those quick cutaways on "Hee Haw," wearing overalls and a straw hat while chewing grass.
Sam Drucker is great tv. Dr. Phil is no Sam Drucker. |
