Fox may like to have an O&O but since KTVU's affiliation does not expire until the end of 2008 don't count on it. Fox would have to shed a few stations to pull that off.
Can we please stop with the rumors about NBC going back to KRON. The folks at GE have moved on and you should too.

nbc was slapped in the face by kron.... they will not come back... that rumor started in s f before sale finalized.... every time any station purges engineers or talent, the thoughts of sale come to mind... young would have to take a considerable loss to dump kron now
