Message: It's a great starter market (141) with a great opportunity to move to Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland. Plus...tons of people that worked in Erie are now in top 5 markets. And there's a beach, albiet along a lake, but it's still a nice beach in the summertime.
