They had to get rid of somebody with employees thinking of unionizing. (There's a script owners follow when faced with a possible union) Getting rid of the GM isn't going to stop them. Maybe if they had swept at all of the managers the employees would think twice about it. Regardless, the place is a mess. Understaffed and for some odd reason it doesn't do a weekend morning show. The elevator is definitely going down, not up.
