I, too, was skeptical about the PTL investigation at first. But, I watched tonight anyway. The report was very compelling. The cell phone records and the voicemail messages didn't make it look good for Paula. Of course, Corey Clark has a lot of reasons to lie, but I really do think he's telling the truth. What was Paula thinking??? |

I don't believe I ever heard John Quinones say that the numbers on the phone records were, in fact, Paula Abdul's phone numbers. They may very well have been calls to her phones, but I don't think he did the due diligence he needed to to put that part of the story on the air.
Also, this business of talking to folks at a cell phone store - why weren't they on camera saying they saw Clark in there with Abdul?
The voicemail messages sounded edited and could easily have been taken out of context.
It was a lot of heresay evidence.
I think the affair *could* have happend, I just don't think I saw proof last night that it *did* happen.
