At the end of the pkg, he merely smiled and said, "That's the news."
All this being said, though -- c'mon, a plastic surgery series on the CBS EVENING NEWS??? On the beach in Rio????
Walter Cronkite still can't be pleased by this, sweeps month or no.

Bob-o actually said that closing Tues. night's broadcast;they were doing a story about facial plastic surgery in Beijing and how so many of the women there were trying to look a little more European.
