Monica Kaufman is a bitter, bitter woman, who perhaps used to be a decent anchor but got over it all, long, long ago. Her boredom with what she's doing comes across loud and clear.
At this point, Monica is more interested in shoes than news. She's yesterday's news.
As for Cox not being a mini-Fox, check out their daytime radio lineup -- Bortz, Hannaty, et al. And you should have seen to Cox executives sucking up to Newt Gingrich when he was elected back in the 90's and ushered in the Republican Revolution. Major vacuum.
WSB is overrated and has destroyed local news in Atlanta with its "obsession" with hard news, i.e. crime and grime, mostly in Atlanta.. Somebody needs to expose these money-grubbing Philistines for what they do -- make money off other people's misery.
