Talk about sour grapes. She reads very well and communicates with the viewers ever better.
She's the only anchor I've ever seen in 25 years in the business who does as well with blue collar country (rednecks) folks in the outlying DMA, as she does with white collar MBA viewers in the metro. She's the best female anchor (black, white, Asian or hispanic) that I've ever seen. And the viewership speaks for itself.
WSB is probably the last of the truly dominant local stations in the country to this degree. |
