... This is the Brave New World--a world in which the watchdog is in the pin, and the news media are very much under control. If you find that hard to digest, let me suggest that you find another line of work. The United States of America is cutting back on reporting because it causes political problems for those who are doing what needs to be done. News is the wreck on the corner, the shooting at the nightclub, and damage from the the storm, but definitely not what our government is up to. Don't make the mistake of thinking otherwise, else you find yourself in jail. What is it that you don't understand?
