The big picture here is there is ALWAYS somebody out there willing to take a job for what you would consider low wages. There may be someone looking to do anything at a TV station to move on up from his or her minimum wage paying job.
It sucks that they treat their people so poorly and expect them to do so much for so little in a market as big as it is, but there will always be someone who's willing to work for what you consider chicken scratch. |

By the way, weatherboy, people who work for little is called working for PEANUTS, not chicken scratch.
