So here's yet another individual mulling which opportunity is best for his or her NEXT move, not this one.
Don't you folks get it? Jobs aren't stepping stones; they're jobs. Don't you understand the disservice this does to an employer who's going to pay you a salary and promote you to its viewers?
Are they doing you a favor? Is that the deal? They're so lucky to have your brilliance that they should allow you to ply your trade, get better, and market yourself elsewhere? Can't you at least wait until you get in the door before you start looking for the exit sign?
Where do you learn this stuff?
