i think the guy's name was willard duff, or something like that.. a snake-oil salesman if ever i saw one..he was, by the way, the last of the 5..count 'em- FIVE consultants that station used in the 14 plus years i was there..we had 'em all.. magid, mc cue-hoffman, ar&d, al primo, and somebody else..none of them did the station any good..we were in 3rd place when they arrived, and we were in 3rd place when they left..
