Are you serious ? She has NO case, zero.
She has no legal cause of action.
The Imus program is mostly satire, further, Ms. Brewer is not employed by Imus..... and Imus is not employed by MSNBC.
Ms. Brewer was not asked to perform any sexual acts in any way.
To clear up the matter I'd like to hear an interview between a respected reporter and Ms. Brewer.
Imus has ripped Kaplan, Tim Russert, Ron Insana, Katie Couric, Matt Lauer and many more.
Did you hear Imus rip her again (monday) today ?
