I haven't been to Colorado Springs in years but would like an opportunity to relocate there. I was hoping this was the one. I've worked for bad news operations before and don't wish to do it again. How are the other stations in town? |

Here's my advice: Definitely come here because it's a fabulous city, but don't try to work in TV here. None of the stations are all that well-run. KRUDO is by far the worst, but KKTV and KOAA aren't all that much better. Good people at those stations, tho. Just very green reporting/producing/photogs. Unless you're the GM or station owner, you won't make any money.
