This would hold up if all of the performers were part of the act, as it were. But Contessa and the other female anchor who got out quickly, are not part of the act but credible and legit news people for the rest of their daily work. The comparison does not hold up. Sorry. |

2. Imus went after Contessa again today, why ?
3. Why no apology from MSNBC?
4. Where's Kaplan, Why no apology from him ?
5. What about Infinity Broadcasting and WFAN, should they apologize ?
Contessa has no legal "cause of action" against anyone.
That's why no apology will be forthcoming from anyone. Ask any lawyer.
