Resume wise....(to eventually move up to a top 10/20). Weekend meteorologist in a mid market (40-70), or chief in a smaller market (90-120)?
Pay is actually a little better at the weekend spot.

Both have their perks but I'd advise you to do some soul searching.
How will taking one schedule effect family life, assuming you have an immediate family? How bad do you really need the extra money? Can you live without the extra dough for the sake of family and life away from work?
There is no easy answer here. This is something you'll really need to dig deep to find within yourself.
