It's a comedy show. If you don't think it's funny, change the dial or change the channel.
Imus is as much news at Weekend Update on SNL. Why doesn't anyone get crazed over Tina Fey's reporting skills. It's all satire my friends. Neither Weekend Update of Imus are under the guise of NBC News.
If you are on the show, do your homework. Know what you are getting into. He makes fun of Bernie, Charles & Sid everyday...and they make fun of him. Childish yes, but that's the game which is played. If you don't like it when he snaps back, never go there to begin with.
I can't believe the fury on this board. It's a radio show that is simulcast on MSNBC. He is allowed to let everyone know that yes indeed Brewer has a HUGE ass. If MSNBC canceled the show it would ONLY hurt MSNBC. He gets his money from his radio syndication which is 15X the amount MSNBC offers him. Meanwhile their ratings (as slim as they are) would actually go down to where the rest of their daytime ratings hibernate.
I have a hunch that she probably was psyched when she found out she got mentioned in Page 6 thinking she got revenge on Imus. Well Ms. Brewer as you see revenge is best served cold.
Mark this down, she will never be known in her career anymore than she is right now. It is the truth...she made the mistake of not be intelligent enough to know how to play the game and here is the outcome. And also I have heard that she is a slut...so actually that is good news reporting. |
