MSNBC's Contessa Brewer, a former news reader on Don Imus' show, telling pals at Cain that she thinks Imus is a "cantankerous old fool" who doesn't know how to relate to "beautiful women" . . .
my question is, why can't BOTH people be right?
imus IS a cantankerous, bitter old fool with no class.
contessa IS a mindless, talentless, bimbo.
there's no one to root for here. |

When I watch Melissa do her regular job in the afternoons, she is a poised professional news anchor.
You can play the cantankerous old fool without being abusive to your co-workers, especially women.
No reason for her to put up with the personal abuse. Does anyone think it is cool or fun or appropriate or whatever, to call a co-worker on national tv/radio a "slut" or to ask her if she's "wet" after debriefing a reporter in Baghdad?
