Actually WUSA broke the story at 9:57 with reporter Gary Reals in the newsroom.
WRC's Pat Collins was on at 10 sharp from their newsroom.
Later in the day only RC and TTG had pictures and video of the suspect at a so-called perp walk. |

I mean, who would notice if 9 broke ANYTHING?
I'll be they've already had Osama Bin Laden live in their newsroom. But, no one noticed.
