If you're going to complain about the pay then don't work in TV.
My first job paid 12K. Now, I'm a main anchor at a top 20, and obviously making a heck of a lot more. Good enough to support a family.
If you want it bad enough, bite the bullet. Think about this: you're not going to be paid six dollars forever. Trust me, one day, you'll wear the "I got paid six dollars an hour" experience as a badge of honor. Because we all did it and it sucked, but you moved on. |

How long did it take you to get to a top 20? and how much does your agent cost?
