Do you remember that elegant sentence in Strunk and White's "The Elements of Style?" "Omit needless words." Message: but you should be more honest. Four weeks is not nearly enough vacation time for a unique talent to unwind and return with creative juices flowing. I'd ask for six weeks minimum!
