to make sense out of this business, let me stop you right there. All hires are completely subjective, the whim of a ND, many of whom don't know their ass from a hole in the ground, especially with weather hires. I have seen incredibly talented people in this business get passed over time and again, while some absolutely dreadful people keep getting great jobs. Wish I could explain it, but the best advice is to be persistent. So much of this business is luck and timing. |

Let's expand this even further and ask where in gods name do they find GM's anymore? So we have a weak GM and a moron ND and we wonder why nothing makes sense?
