That was the single dumbest post Ive ever seen on this board, and that is saying alot! Someone in Market 200 could be ready for a large market, but hasn't gotten the chance for whatever the reason(s). Or chose to remain in Mkt 200 for several years for whatever the reason(s). For all of our sakes, I hope you're not in a position to make hires. That kind of mentality, is why there is such a lack of quality "talent" at so many Top 25 shops.....
