anyone think that the the company gave a fair wage increase? Based on business, we are a very rich cash company. Your retirement has been reduced in real contribution and your wage increases don't come close to reflecting the company sales and we are a cash company!! Lets see those financials Swagelok. Read Romans 4:4 Show us some fair compensation. Why don't they just pay us in script. Oh yeah, I voiced my concern with management and it was strongly suggested I find a new job.. How about that! It's not just on the parts floor people.. Next we will be told we are lucky we don't have the wages of the people who work in China.... Oh yeah,,, comparing economies... we do!
