As mismanagement continues to
reach critical mass you will
continue to see more good
experienced people quit and
be replaced with "warm bodies" with just enough mental capacity to drive to work and hit that green button on that machine.

Sure, having "warm bodies" instead of professionals will keep wages low, but will
also make quality to the customer low. You are right peopleperks, drop them now and move on. The only thing that's keeping me there is fear. Fear is the mindkiller and takes experience to master.
