Sorry, don't know good answers. But I recently had the phone screen - here's some:
Do you prefer, fast, medium, or slow paced work environment? Do you stay busy all the time? Do you prefer to contribute or lead a group? Do you stay organized? Do you go with the flow or have a plan? Do you know little about many things or much about few things?
The guy who was screening me didn't usually want me to elaborate, just to answer succinctly. I tried to elaborate on some of my answers more than "yes, no, or some of each" and sometimes he cut me off and didn't want to hear more. |
