Anyone that has taken the Gallup phone interview.. can you list some actual tricky questions that they ask? Looks like this question keeps repeating itself and no one answers after they have had a phone interview. Cheers. |

Sorry, don't know good answers. But I recently had the phone screen - here's some:
Do you prefer, fast, medium, or slow paced work environment? Do you stay busy all the time? Do you prefer to contribute or lead a group? Do you stay organized? Do you go with the flow or have a plan? Do you know little about many things or much about few things?
The guy who was screening me didn't usually want me to elaborate, just to answer succinctly. I tried to elaborate on some of my answers more than "yes, no, or some of each" and sometimes he cut me off and didn't want to hear more.
