I would like to know which management consulting firm pays for an employee to study a MBA. I dont mean pay for the MBA if they hire you after the MBA. I mean like Mckinsey, who after two years will pay for you to study for an MBA.

I presume you're looking for a firm who will hire you pre-MBA and then pay for you to go to grad school. Most top-tier consulting firms have programs to provide support to selected analysts who are returning to school to pursue an MBA with the intention of returning to the firm as an Associate. Support often includes tuition reimbursement and a computer. These programs are generally not available to all analysts, but rather on a case by case basis to the top performers. The stipulation is generally a three year commitment to the firm upon return.
