I hope you didn't accept the offer. If you did, Best of luck, try to get out ASAP. Sogeti is basically a body shopping company. You would end up working with medicore people. Don't even associate Sogeti with Big 4, they are not even close by any strectch of imagination. Their Senior management is typically your Car Salesman kind of people. They won't stand a chance to even qualify for the same level in Big 4 consulting. There are some exceptions, but generally you don't find any quality people.
So run away from the offer. Their recruiters try to fool candidates associating Sogeti with Cap Gemini. Sogeti and Cap Gemini are 2 different companies, they don't have the same culture. Sogeti just belongs to Cap Gemini group. |

I am in the process of interviewing a position in Indy. They are wanting to start up an office and need Manager type people. The way it was explained to me is someone that wants to do Sales and still be fully billable on a project. I came from Big 4 and I am currently at a local private consulting group. Not sure what to do. I don't want to miss an opportunity where I can get my feet wet in sales, but I don't want to get into a position that I'll hate in 6mths.
