I ran into this while doing unrelated research, and couldn't help but register to post a message.
I used to work at SOP, and this place was terrible. i have very few regrets in life, but joining this firm was one of them. I sadly can't divulge many details to not reveal my identity, but management was a joke in every way. The most serious issue in my opinion was that the partners with whom i worked were clearly unethical. I was asked to 'get creative' in reaching the savings figures we needed to produce, as well as create last minute fabricated full page slides ("illustrative"), on numerous occasions. There remain a couple folks within the firm who are genuinely good people, but this place is a scam if i ever saw one. And btw, the 'high turnover' thread title i see is also true. good luck, |
