VAULT.COM is seeking a Vice President of Human
Resources!
As Vice President of Human Resources you will be responsible
for the strategic and tactical direction for Human Resources and
all areas of our rapidly growing organization. Duties include
developing HR policies and guidelines, implementing policies and
procedures, overseeing recruiting process, managing career
development, implementing training programs, negotiating
compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance
review procedures, attending to the legal compliance of the
Human resources department, and overseeing the day-to-day
operations of the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR management or related
field (Masters, JD or MBA preferred), 5-10 years of
progressive human resources-related experience with a minimum
of 2 of those years at the executive level, exceptional recruiting
skills, charismatic personality, excellent communications skills
and the ability to deal with all levels of employees from
entry-level to executive, proficiency with MS Office (Word,
Excel, Powerpoint), well-versed in employment law.
New media/hi-tech experience desired.
