Siebel employees who moved to Oracle |

Wow- this board is tough. Never realized how strongly people hate/love Siebel.
I am a bit nervous to ask this question after seeing the previous posts but hopefully you won't rip on me because this is a genuine post.
I am not working for Oracle and I feel fortunate to still have a job. However, I feel completely lost at Oracle.
Siebel had many issues and Oracle seems to have the same problems- but on a larger scale. Maybe it is because I have no idea what I am doing or maybe it is just my organization? Is anyone else feeling this way? How are the rest of you handling the transition?
