Gee I like this new Oracle. How about you?
So does the Oracle allow you to "self manage"? Perhaps they too have declared war on the management team?
Well the answer is no. In fact seems that they have a higher ratio of VP's and Directors and prefer to lay off drones. Well so much for the dream people. The iron gate slams shut once again and yes yes I know, you've either left years ago (but still obesessed with reading vault?) or you're at the ready to leave with a moments notice because the call from your new job where people bring pets to work, share feeling and self manage is about to come. Yes, sure it's coming. Has been for 3 or 4 years now.
