Obviouly you have been used and refurbished one to many times. It is time that you be recycled along with others to fashion new tools. Tools that will do a better job then could even be imagined from you. |

It is eminently clear from your response that you never made 3rd grade at school.
Slavery, the kind of work ethic and organization that you subscribe to, was abolished in civilized societies many centuries ago. It was abolished for very good reasons: it is a less effective, less productive means of utilising labor.
The sooner you realize that in any organization, that is the People who are sovereign, and that includes both customers, consumers and workers; the sooner you understand that the People are King, and not any one individual or economic group, the sooner you will move into the 21st century.
In other words we are all stakeholders in this game. And as a stakeholder, I am exercising my democratic right to add my vote to the proposal of your removal from any supervisory position you may hold.
You simply do know how to manage the resources at your disposal effectively and efficiently.
