A Siebel manager today is worth their weight in gold on the open market and in high demand. Just look at how many have been recruited away in recent months.
Get a clue shorty. There is no such thing as self directed and if there was the company went out of business because they were pathetic. |

Self-directed teams work and many US and EU firms have proven it. Please stop communicationg your ignorance by claiming they don't work.
Try looking at Milwaukee Electric, a classic, long-term example of self-directed work teams (pods).
