From the UK, I'm not planning on paying to access the court records or the credit histories. They are not free.
Suggest you subscribe to a credit bureau and do your own search.
Even at the court that heard the case, you have to pay the clerk to access and obtain a copy of the record. The only exception is if a court has declared you indigent. Mentally you are, but financially you're probably not.
Please continue attacking & demanding the names. You can simply make the request of Siebel through investor support and they will answer:)
