It would be a shame for Oracle to lay off all the "worker bees" as Siebel has been top heavy for quite a while.
There are certain orgs within Siebel where 1/3 of the employees are director level and above.
There are a lot of people at lower levels that work hard and just want to have a stable and promising career. I happen to be one of them. |

Depending upon how many souls exit with severance, Oracle will have the Siebel management hacks layoff the undetermined requisite number of worker bees and then Oracle will rid itself of the insidious, redundant Siebel management...most immediately and the rest when they are no longer needed or wanted.
No one has suggested that all worker bees will be RIF'd.
