Look at the facts of the past 3 mergers. Oracle retained 98.3% of management. Most cuts occurred at the individual contributor level. Do your homework. Our success and continuance is inevitable, yours however is not. You will spend the rest of your life angry and bitter. |

It would be a shame for Oracle to lay off all the "worker bees" as Siebel has been top heavy for quite a while.
There are certain orgs within Siebel where 1/3 of the employees are director level and above.
There are a lot of people at lower levels that work hard and just want to have a stable and promising career. I happen to be one of them.
