I read what it was said about private banking on March 8, 2003, but I am looking for a more objective point of view of it. I applied for a private banking position and they are offering good money; so I cannot imagine that private banking is so terrible as this person says. Please help me!!! |

I will be attending at top 30 MBA program (ND), but not harvard, wharton, stanford, kellogg, or duke. I have worked for GS for the past 1 1/2 in PWM as a financial analyst? I am know waiting to go to school and working as a consultant in VC/PE helping to raise funds. Any feedback would be great.
Any suggestions for getting my foot in the door? What do MD's look for? Is PWM easier to get into than say IBD? I would think so.
P.S. what did you read 3/8/03?
