It's a small firm, so I don't know if their procedures are the same everywhere. What I can say is that it wont be anything like the bank/MC interviews you might have done. It's not really something you can prepare for, all fun & games. They test your fast math ability and your confidence level, basically. And it's competitive. You'll be competing with the other interviewees, so be on your toes. Second round is more normal. Do you have an email address? Let me know how it goes. |
