i had an interview with them years ago (2-3).
basically, it was almost nothing about what I had actually done, but what type of work was done and what type of work environment i woudl like, what type of person i am, etc.
talk about why you want to be a trader. i do not think that saying you want to be stinkin' rich would be a bad thing to say. it's a prop firm, so they only make money when their people make money. drink five cups of coffee before the interview. you want to be a little crazy.
this is a personality job. my problem was that even i really wanted to be a trader, everything on my resume showed conservative, i.e. military academy, economics major, economics department at present job.
i'm curious how they are doing in these markets.
post a few comments, if you don't mind about how the interview went and what the mood seemed liked.
