Thanks for the info. I'm currently working at a well-respected BB. I have alot of licenses and decent, relevant experience. I'd tell you more, but I don't want to give myself away. Besides the fact that I want to break in trading, I'm shooting for this particular FX spot (no pun intd) b/c it's a much smaller firm. I know working back office or even middle office at a BB offers very little hope of progression to the front office. I heard the chances are much better at a smaller firm.

Why FX? Market is drying up. Your licenses do not mean anything in FX.
