I am graduating in May and am having difficulty deciding which offers to take (I havent gotten them all but will find out next week and I think they all look good), ill list them
Raymond James (NYC)-Sales Trader
Friedman Billings Ramsey(NYC)-Sales trader
Knite Financial Products(AMEX, NYC)-option trader(assistant)
Performance Specialist Group(NYSE, clerk hopefully become specialist)
Start up Hedge Fund (NYC)
I think all starting salaries will be same, please help |

Can you give details regarding the interview process at Performance? Did you interview with any other specialist firms? Lastly, I have tried finding compensation figures for clerks and specialists and have found practically nothing. Therefore, could you possibly estimate how much your starting salary would be at Performance?
