Having traded at both BB firms and energy companies, an MBA is far from a requirement to become a trader...the majority of traders do not have an advanced degree. Trading is learned on the desk. If you want to trade and believe that you need an advanced education look into an MS in finance or economics. If not read Natenberg and Hull several times each and you'll learn much more than you will in most MBA programs. |
